We are looking at potentially migrating to Talent Acquisition in 2026. I'm doing as much training as I can so I can identify pain points as early as possible. I had a few questions that I'm hoping someone can help me with:
- Can you assign multiple hiring managers to one requisition? For some positions we'll have multiple people who would need to review applications/resumes.
- Can you assign more than one position to a requisition? We utilize a one-to-one position to resource set up, so only one position only ever has one employee. If we have two position openings for the same job (ie, two administrative assistants that have the exact same position set up, or very near to the exact same position set up), we don't want to have two job postings. We'd want one job postings and offer to the top two candidates.
- Can you make changes to a position (eg, accounting unit, supervisor) after a requisition has been submitted? Is there any point in the process where you can no longer make changes?
