Lawson - Supply Chain Customer Community [READ ONLY]
Create a better structured PO20 going to our Vendors

I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions for moving away from the standard out of the box PO to a PO with more of a positive business functionality to it. Presently we are a Managed Services Customer. Our current version is 9.0.1 and we are planning to move to INFOR 10.x before November 2015.
1. Will Infor 10.X have tools or options within it to move to a more businesslike PO? I would like to remove some items and add some items to the PO form which can't be done today.
2. Is this PO project something that could be done prior to moving to Infor 10.x or should it be done after?
Any help would be appreciated.

We have used a third party overlay to the POs since before I've been here to add logos and remove and format different fields.
I have not seen anything stating that Lawson is allowing clients to format POs in v10.

We currently use MHC Document Express; however, we will be researching using Lawson Smart Reports to modify the PO and print directly from Lawson. If anyone has done this, I would be curious to hear how it went.
