Does anyone have a list of batch programs and on-line forms that assign hold codes or where you can enter/update a hold code within OE & BL?
Our business is needing a document that details when and where hold codes can be applied to an order....

if an administrative-type user has the search box and types in the search 'hold codes' without the quotes. What happens?

Did that with Smart Office and got 3 forms.
Actually just performed a dbdoc on the Filename of HOLDCODES and am digging thru that data.
