Debit Card Processing

Has anyone been able to process Debit Cards (w/pin)?
Currently FACTS is not able to process them via Paypal PayFlow.

Any suggestions on how to do this?

There is now an integration to CenPOS available today offerred through CenPOS and by CenPOS utlizing the TCP/IP Manager . CenPOS offers the ability to process debit cards with a pin and so i'd reach out to them to understand what they have and what you can get. Customers that switched to CenPOS have had significant savings since transition. This is going to be part of the standard integration in 2013.
