Network Throughput

I am getting complaints of slowness on my Lawson 9.0.1 Windows system.

Catch is when I am monitoring the system, I am not seeing high utilization on the Application and Database servers.

Memory on the Application server is less than 50% utilization on the App server. Database Server memory stays perfectly normal.

When it's just Lawson Environment running at maximum jobs, I am only seeing about 10 Mbps Network Activity on a Gb Network Card when running payroll jobs.

Is anyone out there seeing higher Network untilization?
Especially during Payroll jobs?

I have validated that I have full 1 Gb through put on the Network Card when performing functions outside of Lawson.

Many times when we get this call we find that one of the web app servers isn't running properly and we need to start and stop it and then performance returns to normal.
