Custom list raises `The number of read records 1001 is greater than the entered maximum value` error

Hi,

I have a custom list that has Max no. records = 9999 in CMS015. whenever I execute it from SDK or Metadata publisher, I get timeout error.

And when I execute it from CMS100 simulate list I get this error
