Please support and endorse this enhancement 120330- Advised to put in a request from product to allow at the form level, the ability to put the number of completed peer reviews needed before a manager can complete the process. Presently if you check the box to not allow a manager to complete, every peer review must be completed and if you chose 5 people and only 4 complete, the manager cannot complete the process. Would like the capability to put at the form level, that at least XX number has to be completed before the manager can complete.
There is no workaround at this time.
