We recently changed our SSO to Azure and now we have some employees who are not able to log into the Infor Go app on their personal phone. It seems these users have previously entered a username and password for a personal email account. Now when they click Azure as the authentication method, it automatically tries to sign them in using the personal email account instead of their work email. We have tried to clear the cache, remove the server connection to our environment, delete and reinstall the app, and it still defaults to signing in with what was previously entered. We have cleared web history on the phone, ensured they are not signed into a personal email on the web on their phone.
