My name is Jill Tangney and I am a business analyst at TCF Bank.
We are in the process of defining requirements for executing personnel actions via manager self service (job change, status change, termination, etc.).
Has anyone implented these tasks and if so, would you be willing to have a short conversation about it? (How long installed, how well received, roll out methodology, customizations needed, process flow, etc.)
