Hello, first off we are on Prem using V10 of Lawson and we are implementing EDI 810's from GHX. We have everything setup within Lawson and according to Infor and GHX we have everything setup correctly, but we are still unable to pull the 810's from GHX. We are successfully pulling 855's and 856's with the ED502 job but there is no reference of it attempting to pull 810's. Has anyone experienced this in the past? GHX did mention that there are 810's ready to be received but are on pause because they are not receiving an acknowledgement back from Lawson?
