Hello Infor Public Sector Community,
Before I move forward with submitting an Enhancement Request, I wanted to ask if any other organizations are currently operating with backoffice/desktop users across multiple time zones.
At Inframark, we have staff accessing Infor Public Sector from four different time zones: Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific. However, the system appears to only support a single time zone setting (in our case, CST). This creates confusion, as users in other time zones must constantly convert timestamps manually.
We’re curious if other companies have encountered similar challenges and how they’re handling them. Has anyone found a workaround, or is this a known limitation others have addressed through configuration or enhancement requests?
