We are having numerous issues with the PR160 but according to Infor our version of the PR160 is 3 years old. We are in the process of updating the PR160 and hope for better results.
Currently it is duplicating the payment number on Net zero checks and also skipping receipt numbers.

We went live with 10d last Sat Unix/Oracle 9.0.1.12 env/9.0.1.10 apps. We have one company and ~3500 employees. I installed the client on the same PC's we ran the 9.0 client on. 9.0 access broke and I had to scrub every trace of the oracle client off the pc (registry included) and re-install one version to get both 9.0 (prod) and 10.0 (for testing) to work.
Installing the new client was a challenge, getting BSI support a nightmare. The Custom payment overrides tool is broken. They were aware of this from a webex in Sept and it finally was acknowledged and went to development at BSI last week.

Anyone seen the latest release of BSI 10.0.e.1? It was supposed to be out on Saturday, but I have not seen it.
Latest, greatest and all that.
BTW: 10.0.e.2 is already underdevelopment and scheduled for Dec ???
From what I have heard, 10.0.e.2 *should* take care of the forementioned issue.

My understanding is that it is included in reg bulletin #39 which is on their website.
from their email:
BSI often deploys cyclic-specific data in a cyclic data file. However, for cyclic TF 10.0.e.1, BSI has elected to deploy this data in a Regulatory Bulletin.

What is the issue with the payment override tool? We use this for our 401k, 401k Roth, and 457b catchup calculations
unknown
We use this for our 403B abd 457 plans as well and haven't had any problems (except for me putting in an incorrect amount when first setting up).

Just want to clarify the TF10.e.1 cyclic. I have been troubleshooting the TEST install of TF10 for several weeks now. We have an issue where "random" local school district taxes and local city taxes were being missed. Were are on Windows OS and LSF version 9.0.1.12. I had to apply the following CTP's; 102154, 102014, 102184, 102312. These patches repaired the School District Tax issues, but did not affect the City Taxes being missed. I was told to install TF10.e.1, which I thought was simply in the Regulatory Bulletin #39. After installing Reg 39, my test still failed. After some further emails to support I found that I have to email Shawn Gordon Gordon_Shawn@bsi.com at BSI to receive the TF10.e.1 cyclic files, they are not included in REG 39. I have emailed them this morning and i'm eagerly waiting for their reply.

re: Payment Overrides tool
Our overrides were imported from 9.0 with taxability listed as 'non-taxable' when they were 'taxable' in 9.0. If we try to change them the tool does not save the change. If we add new ones it behaves the same way.
NOTE: They are being taxed.

Diane - did you use the custom/backup restore option to import from BSI 9? We just keep crashing -
unknown
Yes, we did. Importing was not an issue for us.

If you receive an XML Server error while attempting a Backup/Restore of custom data, try using the TFLoader directly from a command line.
That worked for us.
