Hello, we need to add documents at the job order level, which must be accessible to assemblers directly on the line, at the job operations and work centers level.
Since we operate a continuous production line, several documents, such as floor plans, must be accessible throughout the manufacturing.
For now, we would like to upload the documents or link them (because we don't have the CPQ), but we would like to do it once for the job order (so entire job) and not for each job operation.
To date, we have been told that documents must be manually attached to each operation, which is difficult to implement in our context would require an immeasurable amount of effort.
We are therefore looking for an effective solution for attaching documents to the job order.
