Hi,
This morning, I was mass-creating items by pasting in from Excel. Everything was working fine until 10:23am
Since then, whenever I try to create new items, I receive an error message: The Fixed Order Qty entered must be greater than 0.
- I’ve never had this error message before when creating items.
- I have not done anything differently then I have done before and the last product created was in the middle of a load.
- No items have anything other than 0 in Fixed Order Qty, and the field is greyed out/uneditable.
- Despite the error, Admin has been receiving confirmation emails since 10:23am saying that items have been created. However, these items do not appear anywhere in the system or in the Audit Logs.
Has anyone else had this issue and know of a fix or know what has caused this error to start happening?
Item generation was done my manipulating current data in Excel and then pasting back in with new product codes - how I have always done mass code creations.
