Dataview Results from TAPunchHdrs in FactoryTrack

Hi Team, I Have the results for OT hours listed as 1.15 which really should be 1.25 hours and we need a total of these for a week - subtotal for each employee. How can I achieve this? Please help and advise. Thanks. -Geetha

Hi Geetha,

I’d like to share the approach for implementing Weekly OT Hours in your existing dataview:Approach 1

• Create a calculated field directly from the dataview results form.
• If this doesn’t work, proceed with the standard approach below.

Approach 2

1. Verify whether the report is built using a direct IDO or the IDO CLM method.
2. If it’s a direct IDO:
   • Extend the IDO by creating a new derived property.
   • Add logic to calculate the weekly hours based on the “OT Hours” field using a sub-query.
3. If it’s the IDO CLM method:
   • Check if it uses SP CLM or Extension CLM.
   • For SP CLM: Create an EXTGEN version and modify the stored procedure to include this field.
   • For Extension CLM: Create a custom assembly, implement your logic, and use this in the dataview report.
