Is there a setting for whether to age AR by Invoice Date or by Due Date and if so, where is that setting?

No. You would have to modify the QRP VFARI100.QRP. It contains the formula that calculate the aging. I looked at it unsing the Centura report builder and it is not obvious how to modify those formulas.
