Process Automation Inbasket Task Link
Legacy Contributor
In Process Flow, I could construct a URL to go directly to a specific task and show the work units for that task. Does anyone know the URL syntax to construct a similar link for Process Automation?

This is what I did for Infor Smart Office inbasket.
I set up custom variables in the main for Smart Office http and https
configuration.main.Custom.field1 ==
lsdevsocv1.excellus.com:50858
configuration.main.Custom.field2 ==
lsdevsocv1.excellus.com:50859
I also had to setup variables in the start node because everything past the TASk= has to be decoded.
URL_BegIN = 'inbasket%3A%2F%2Finbasket%2F%3FDATAAREA%3D'+appProdline+'%26TASK%3D'
URL_EndIN = '%26WORKUNIT%3D'
Then in my email node I put it all together.
/LSO/LawsonClient.application?server=/jump&TASK=Finance%20Director
If you do not have the jump it will not go directory to the inbasket.
There is a web app that can help with the decode/encode but I cannot find it now. Maybe someone else knows of a better way.

Does this only work for Smart Office? I'm trying to build a link to open in Portal, or just the LPA server (federated with LSF).

Yes, my examples is only for Smart Office. I do not use portal for inbaskets. Our users have to use Smart Oiffice. I am sure there is a way.
