Fix for Terminal Server speed issues on Windows 2012R2 and VFP

We have found a solution to a debilitating speed issue with Visual FoxPro applications running on Terminal Server on Windows2012 R2 which can be quickly fixed by setting he following registry entry to 0 (defaults to 1).
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesTSFairShareDiskEnableFairShare]
