Conditional Rule Access; select employees

I'm trying to write a conditional rule in Lawson Security Administrator that will grant a user access to a select group of employees. They all have the same process level but there are many others in that process level that this user should not have access to. Ideally I would like to create a rule that goes along the lines of "If user is member of (insert group name) then give them access to (group that contains the select employees)".
