Uploading Assets in to Lawson

Good Morning
We have a financial analyst that needs to build a number of assets in Lawson for a new hospital that we just aquired. Has anyone done an upload of Assets in to lawson? If so, would you be willing to share any tips for accomplishing this and if possible your .uwf for the upload? We are on 9.0.1.12.
