Hi, I'm Teri Cardoza, Accounting Supervisor for Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District. I was a functional lead for an early adoption of Infor in 2017 and a functional lead for the first adopter for GHR/Payroll in 2020. I like connecting via forums and events, but found that the strongest connections are formed in person.

Hi all, I am Ken Miller, Director-Information Systems at Wajax Limited. We are a diverse, publicly-traded Canadian company with over 100 locations. Equipment (and major component) sales, service, rentals, as well as engineered repair services, production, manufacturing/remanufacturing, as well as traditional parts distribution. Through acquisitions we've had many ERP's, including (now called) legacy Infor ERP's. We started the modern ERP journey with M3 Cloudsuite Equipment/Distribution on single tenant platform in 2019. In 2020 we transitioned to M3CE multi-tenant.

I personally have been involved throughout the entire journey, including part of the initial RFP and ERP review/selection process starting back in 2012 (multiple pauses). My background is service administration, heavy equipment repairs, as well as functional business analysis, process design/improvements, as well as technical ERP configurations. I now lead teams supporting the front-line workers of the system, as well as issue-management of M3 and system enhancements / process improvements.

We use many other connected platforms, both from Infor and other companies. We are aggressively continuing to connect to our customers and vendors via EDI, ecommerce, etc.

A good piece of advise is "just get started with something" and release it. If your company and users can sustain it, a Sprint method where you introduce the framework and core functionalies first and get feedback on that is the best way to go. Sometimes decisions are made without feedback which can be incorrect or steer a configuration down a path that is not suitable for how it will be actually used. Adjust with the feedback, add more features, and add more over time. Collaboration and communication is key though, on all sides.

My days are pretty full…and so I prefer to connect via forums, online meetings, emails. This allows me to try and balance out my days.

Hobbies…is it bad that I work all day on a computer, and afterwards nerd out - on a computer? That's me! I like technology, what can I say.
I also very much enjoy the outdoors and also reading (fiction) to unwind.

Hi all, I am Hanna Hall, Deputy Controller for the Idaho State Controller's Office. I began working in the Infor product in 2022 and we went live with FSM, HCM, WFM and XM July 2023. The best advice I have received and continue to give out is, don't let perfection stand in the way of progress! I prefer to connect in person or in online meetings. I am a sports enthusiast and particularly love basketball, football and volleyball.
