Problem accessing the 7.7 LA rollout session and buffering problems with the other sessions

1. Clicking on the link for the rollout session results in a page saying, "Invalid Request / This URL is invalid. Please contact the publisher or your site administrator."
Can someone provide the correct URL?
2. We're having "buffering" problems viewing the other sessions. I realize it could be a temporary network problem but for now we're excited to start learning about 7.7. How do we download the sessions for playback using the standalone player? Other Infor webex recordings have been downloadable but I don't remember where I have to go. Can anyone help?

I had some challenges running the Webexs of the LA training sessions. Using Firefox 3.6, I had to include the latest Java add-on for it to work right.

I'm running Firefox 3.5.7 but it wouldn't hurt for me to verify I have the latest Java. Doesn't help with the bad URL for the rollout session, though.

I've tried three different computers and three different times during the day. IE and Firefox with the latest Java. The "buffering" effect is like the speaker is on a cell phone and passing into and then out of a tunnel. It's the audio that seems to be most noticeably affected. Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm wondering if the download could be made available so I could try that.
