Lawson - Supply Chain Customer Community [READ ONLY]
WMS
todd-brown
We have been on Lawson for about 14 years. Our supply chain business has evolved into an almost full distribution center for approx 6-7 healthcare facilities. Lawson is really limited in that area based on our size. My question, is anyone using a Warehouse Management System with Lawson? If so which ones?
I was in a discussion today and we are starting to look that direction.
Thanks

Lately healthcare people are moving back to centralized distribution with sophisticated warehouse management systems (WMS). Lawson did not have an integrated offering until a few years ago, but now does - Infor SCE. It uses Infor's ION connectivity to integrate full functionality WMS to Lawson SCM.
An early user of SCE I believe is Sisters of Mercy, a large multi-state system with distribution out of Springfield, MO and HQ in St. Louis. Also believe that Novant Health is in process as well as Provident in Seattle.
In old days, TecSys was a player but they allowed customers to heavily customize their software and of course, that leads to many interfaces to be written. Check out Infor SCE and Lawson?
