ACA Phase 2: BN990 - Term employees

I have run the BN990 in our test environment. The results are showing "Employee is active but was not offered benefits" for hundreds of employees have terminated since long before the reporting year. My report parameters specified year 2015. Am I missing something?

Have you installed this CTP?
1. Update BN990 to only include employees within the Year defined on the job parameters. (JT-873668)

We just installed this CTP. When we re-ran the job, we got the same results.
Any further suggestions?
