BN532 not creating 1/1/16 records with new premiums

We have new hires going through new hire enrollment where their dependent enrollments are not being created for the new year. BN531 is creating the employee enrollment for the current year and for 01/01/16. BN532 is creating the current year dependent enrollment but not creating the 01/01/16 enrollment.

I run separate uploads for New Hire enrollment (current year) and Open Enrollment (2016).
Run BN105 to capture any plan update changes between 2015 & 2016. Then run your BN531/532 updates for Open Enrollment (2016).
With that said, I have not run into issues with Dependent enrollments not updating from the BN532 job.
You also need to have waive plans for your HL Benefits for ACA compliance.
