Lawson integration with Hyland Onbase document management software
plancor
Hello,
Does anyone have experience intergating Lawson S3 with Hyland Onbase document management software? If so, would you be willing to share your thoughts in regard to integration ease, end user functionality, security, or any other thoughts?
Thank you
(my apologies...I am cross posting this to the HR community, too)

Which modules are you integrating with? The City of Boise has integrated OnBase with Accounts Payable successfully. I'm a trainer, not an implementer - but if this is the area you are looking into let me know and I will give your contact information to our integrator.

Thank you. We are looking to integrate AP, HR, BN, EMSS, PO, RQ, etc. At this point, we are evaluating document management software vendors. Any information you could provide on your experiences with training/user acceptance, implementation, and/or integrations would be greatly appreciated.

We use OnBase for invoice approvals, storing PO images, and the complete employee file. We use process flow for integrations, and nightly maintenance. We also use the docpop functionality to access documents from within Lawson. The integrations are very straightforward, usually involving an image file and a data file (key words) for OnBase to consume. OnBase has it's own security module and is maintained separately from Lawson. OnBase also has workflow and our HR department uses it extensively in processing employee documents.
