HR13.1 Dependent HIPAA Entries

I'm wondering if anyone uses the benefit analysis tab on the HR13.1 to enter the HIPAA reason and effective date for dependents who have lost coverage and will be COBRA eligible. We have attempted to use this, but are not sure where the information goes once it is entered. I was told we could retrieve it from the BNTRANS table but that doesn't seem to be the case. Any ideas?

They do go to BNTrans and can be seen on BN53. Attached doc should help with HIPAA process.

When we enter it on the HR13.1, it does not populate the BN53. Are we missing a step? Currently, we enter it and click change.
