Reports copied from old server won't export as CSV or PDF.

We recently moved our Lawson installation to a new server. I followed the steps outlined in KB1208420 and everything intitally appeared to have worked correctly. All of the reports are present and veiwable in TEXT format. The problem is that when the report is exported as CSV, the files are empty. The same thing happens when trying to view as PDF, it's just blank. If I change it back to TEXT view, the report is readable.

Basically, I copied all of the print files from the old server to the new server.
Then I ran "loadrpts -s PROD"

Note: I also performed a jobdump and jobload for the job definitions.

I had an incident with support, and they indicated that they can reproduce the issue but had no solution. I've reopened the ticket asking for any other techniques to get those print reports copied over, but I thought I would also ask the group for advice.

Your details are a little terse, and I'm just making one shot in the dark. Did you check $GENDIR/cgi-bin for the progams that are supposed to be SUID to root, such as webrpt.exe?
