Training on Lawson 10 technologies

Hi Everyone,

If you have recently taken an on-line or instructor lead course on any of the Lawson 10 technologies, could you send me the course information?

Its posted on Xtreme Support and will be updated shortly to reflect the April 2015 releases that just came out.

You can find it under Search, Browse Documentation. If your default is Lawson, then you should see it it immediately as the second item in the big right-hand frame.

Back to the original question - here are some notes:

Best course by far to prepare you for v10 upgrade is SYstem Foundation Differences 9.x to 10.x Class. This will cover alot in a short amount of time.

THere is not Ming.le specific training to date - that has to be done through Services, but if you are just implementing foundation, you might not need much (many haven't).

There is a Process Automation Differences class if you already know Processflow. Otherwise there is full blown Process Automation training.

There is a Landmark Admin class that covers Landmark and Grid.

From a security perspective, there is a Writing Advanced Security Rules class for writing security rules (beyond the basics). There is a v10 Administering Security class as well. There is an Administering ISS class as well. There is a User Admin class. And for Landmark security, there is a Using Configuration Console class.

From an ISO perspective, there is a Using Smart Office class, and an Administering Smart Office class.

Lots of options available on the public schedule.
