Benchmark Data

I have a question not related to the Infor system (this time!), but am hopeful someone in the community can still help. We are trying to research benchmark data, such as time to fill, for our retail services segment (Spa, Chefs, Events Staff), but are not able to find anything. Is there anyone in the retail industry that has a suggestion where we might find this data?
