IE11 and Portal issues

Is anyone using IE11 and is having issues with ESS/MSS Portal? If not issues, how do you get it to work? We have some employees with issues like not able to complete New Hire Enrollment because it is not processing (adding BN32 records).

We were told to change the setup to Comparability mode but it works for some and not others.

Hi,

The current version of EMSS (10.0.5.0) is the only version of EMSS that supports IE 11. I've seen unsupported versions of IE run in compatibility mode make some things work and break other things. If you are running EMSS 10.0.5.0 with IE 11 and are having issues, please open an incident. You will want to make sure the version of portal you are running also supports IE 11. The environment group would be able to help you with that if you have questions.

Thank you for your reply. We just upgraded ESP to 13 and EMSS to 10.0.5.8. I will past this information to our IT team.

Try using Chrome as the browser - we have found it more reliable than IE.
