Infor Lawson Enhancement Request Review & Voting

Did you know that LGUG reviews the list of enhancement requests on a quarterly basis and selects the top vote getters to go to Infor Lawson Product Managers? There are a lot of enhancements to review, but there are some great ideas. If your ER's do not get any votes, they are not going anywhere. I just spent 2 hours reviewing the EFM (not AP and not GM Billing) ER's and found 42 of them that I would recommend voting for and hope that you do too. For those of you that are members of InforCommunities, log in and vote. If you have not joined Inforcommunities, you can join and then have the ability to look at the enhancement requests that have been submitted. Here is my list of ER's I would like you to check out!

These are from a variety of Lawson customers so please consider voting for them. If you have some that are not listed above, please add to this discussion. Using this Xtreme Community is the only way to encourage other customers to review the submissions and then vote on them. Do this now and then review and vote on the new ones since your last review in December. We are hearing that they are rolling out the new Enhancement System to Lawson products next year.

I would be happy to help support the greater good, however as someone new to ER's and Voting, can you tell me where to find these ER's and how to vote?

When you login, there is a blue bar of choices under the infor Customer Communities logo. You need to click on "Enhancement Requests", then click on the green bar for Infor Lawson Applications and then the green bar for "View Requests" for Infor Lawson Enterprise Financial Management. You will want to click on the arrows for Id to sort low to high. If you want to download into Excel, there is an Actions button that has some options. The Vote on all Enhancement Requests doesn't give you the id numbers unless you click on each one but it is available. The Export Full Report to Excel is what I used to review and after it was in Excel, I moved the columns around so that I could see the id, module, title, description, business case,etc in the first few columns. It helped understand what they wanted. I also have a test environment of Lawson up on my other screen so I could visualize what they were referring to. Anyway, once you click on an individual enhancement that you want to vote on, slide down to the Statistics section and click on the dropdown for My Vote and select what you recommend. If it is something that you don't want, there is that option as a "1" Good luck and thank you for taking advantage of this opportunity!

Thank you for the posting. I was not aware of the Enhancement Request area for Infor. I had previoulsy used this prior to Lawson merging with Infor. I voted on those ER's you listed that are in modules I utilize. I also added an ER that I had previously submitted back when Lawson was just Lawson. It has a new number, ER#32542. Please take a look at it, and vote. Thank you.

I viewed you ER 32542 and voted for it. When they loaded the ER's into Inforcommunities, they only took 2012 and newer requests. Thank you for your help advancing some of the enhancement requests!
