ONETMDED user/date stamps

We are wanting to audit the user & date stamps that are logged on one time deductions and I am not seeing where this data is available once payroll is closed. I would have expected to see it in the PAYDEDUCTN table. Does anyone know where this data is stored after payroll is closed?

As far as I know, it is not. If you need to audit it, I would recommend dumping that table once a payroll before it is cleared out.

You can run PR239 before you close the pay and save as pdf or csv if users are not proficient with Add-ins.
Unfortunately, once the deduction is processed it is deleted from the table by PR197. There is nothing in PAYDEDUCTN to indicate if the deduction taken on a payment was because it was scheduled or due to a one time deduction.

I believe you can find all one time ded on the table ONETMDED. It records the date_stamp and create_user_id
