BSI TF licensing

We are in the planning phase of our Apps/LSF v10 upgrade and curious as to how the temporary licensing works for BSI since we will be running 2x the amount of licenses during our upgrade testing phase. If I recall from our 9.0.0 to 9.0.1 upgrade several years ago, licensing was a pain for BSI and we way under estimated associated cost.

Hi Deanna,
I was not aware of temporary licensing for BSI. We pay for our license fee with BSI once a year. We use our total number of W2s generated at the end of each year as the number to base our license with BSI on. That number is sent to BSI. When we upgrade to Lawson S10 I wasn't aware that we would need to let BSI know that we are running BSI on different versions of Lawson. We currently have a test environment and production environment and we don't pay extra licensing for the test environment versus the production environment.
