Prior to Open Enrollment each year, we update employee groups based on wellness screening participation. The employee group determines the health premium the employee will pay effective 8/01/14. We want the employees to see their new premium amount in Open Enrollment ESS in July. But if we update the employee groups before Open Enrollment, it will affect the premium they pay in July. Does anyone do anything similar and, if so, have you figured out a way for ESS to display the appropriate premiums while not impacting current premium deductions?
