Landmark actor email addresses

Implementing Landmark and LPA 10.0.3 CU12 soon. I created the actors for my Landmark environment by exporting them from ssoconfig. Although the email address is in the actors.xml file I created, the email address was not put in the actors table in Landmark. Now I find that I need that email address for LPA. My plan to rectify this is to extract the id and email address from that actors.xml file and create a file that I will use to update the database directly via SQL statements. Did you encounter this issue, and how did you address? Thanks

I haven't seen this issue, but I STRONGLY suggest that you not use SQL to do the update, because the ACTOR table includes an audit log which many processes will actually use to find the email address rather than using the CIEMAILADDRESS field - it does this because of as-of dating. Updating the audit log via SQL is extremely painful and dangerous.

Instead, you should use Spreadsheet Designer (Excel Add In) to load the email addresses. This is much slower than SQL, but it is much more reliable for updating Landmark.
