User Audit
Legacy Contributor
We are trying to do an audit of our S3 users. We need to determine who has access to what. We have had a lot of movement in the organization and don't want people to have access to HR, Finance or Procurement if they do not need such access. Not having any luck getting a concise list from my providers. Have others used a good tool for such an audit?

I'm sure there are better ways, but we used Infor Process Automation to get the user list. This assumes you're using Lawson Security, not LAUA.
We first used the Security Administrator to get a list of roles that contained the forms that we wanted to monitor. We took the list of roles and used the Resource Query node in IPA to get the user list and produced a CSV file that we can email out. Since we don't change our security roles very often this works for us.

Thanks for the response. Right now we still have LAUA. Moving to Lawson Security later this year.
