Reporting Software Suggestions
dan-linzy
Hello,
Dillon Gage Inc. of Dallas is currently looking to obtain a list of Infor S3 Vendor/Partners for reporting software.
Do you utilize a software outside of Infor to print out Checks, Invoices, PO's, or Sales Orders?
If so - can you provide us that Software Vendor Name and/or a Sales Representative?
We currently have MHC Document Express Software version 3.2A and are hoping to look at another reporting/format printing software that is a certified Infor S3 Vendor/Partner.
Thank you

Stacie, we are getting ready to check out MHC Document Express. I'm curious as to why you are looking for something else.
Maybe you can save us some time and aggravation.

You certainly don't want what we have!

I have used MHC for 15 years and have found them to be one of the most reliable vendors. Issues for the document express software for us are few and far between. We use them for AP and Payroll checks, in addition to W2's and 1099's.

Thank you very much! I will pass this along to the powers that be!!

If you have questions about the software let me know.

Thank you! That is very generous of you.

How do you present W2's to your employee population? Do you have a link from ESS? Do you use LBI and configured for SSL?

We use a document self service module from MHC and employees simply click a link from our intranet site. No external access to the document site. Accounting also mails a copy in addition to uploading the file to Intuit Turbo Tax so employees can import w2 information directly.

We also find MHC to be reliable and responsive.

I agree with kdgray, we use MHC for our PO and check printing (AP and Payroll), Document Self-service for PayStubs, W2's, 1099 and employee documents and cannot be any happier with them. They have the best customer service and the products are great.

I agree, MHC is very reliable. However, I noticed that version 3.1a was referenced. We had a lot of issues on this version because we were trying to run it on multiple workstations. If you are doing distributed processing (multiple people on multiple machines against the same accounts) look into moving to the 3.1o (ODBC) version. This made a world of difference for us.

We also use MHC and find it very reliable. We are on version 4.5. We do not have self-service, however we do email our purchase orders to our vendors from Document Express. We also use it for printing earning statements, AP checks, 1099s and W2s.

Thank you all so very much! I truly appreciate your input.
Also, to redankert, and anyone else who is interested, we mail our W2's to our employees. We do not currently use ESS or LBI.

We use MHC document express for AP checks and Compensation and Benefits statements. The ease of implementation, ease of maintenance and use are enough reason for us to visit them first for new solutions (ACH, 1099, etc)

Thank you all for the replies.
I truly think we need to migrate to the latest v4.5 ODBC version of MHC after all the posts that we received.
Again Thanks
