S3 Apps Field Help
Field Help on all forms for all users is not working. Portal is up and running; we've also got Ming.le installed.
Windows 2008 R2
Env version 10.0.2
Apps 10.0.2
Security is turned OFF.
Info Center Help is OK and running, no issues
Form Help is OK and running, no issues
The pop up error message when clicking on field help in any field on any form is:
"Invalid server response calling: objprop"
Invalid XML - Root node does not exist"
I've already installed and reinstalled/redeployed the apps help war file. Checekd all of the server file permissions; checked all config files; checked WAS settings/classpath/etc. Rebooted server, reviewed all WAS settings, reviewed all logs. Nothing so far. Infor support is also not able to identify the problem or recreate it.
Anyone have any ideas as to a solution? Is there a separate field help install that is now required, which I've never heard of?
