Name & Address Changes - Historical data on Pay Stubs
connie-heitman
Question - In Lawson S3 when you enter a Name or Address change for an employee does this update all historical pay stubs for that employee in Employee Self Service? I would have expected that only the future pay stubs would reflect the new information and the historical ones would retain what was current at the time of that pay period. Today when looking at my information I noticed that all of my pay stubs display my current name and address. Please let me know if this is the same with your company. Or if there is a set-up that we could select to have the system anchor historical data for pay stubs please let me know. Thank you!

We unfortunately found this to be true as well. More disappointing was the ACH direct deposit information is not historical either. Here is the response we got from Support: "Even though the Paycheck is historical, when all the employee information is pulled in, it's based on current HR11 data, therefore it will display what is currently there."

Thank you Deanna for letting me know. I asked Infor in a web chat today and they responded by opening a case and would not provide an answer if this was true for other end users.

My ACH information shows the direct deposits that were in effect at the time the payment was produced.
The address is current.
