Our medical is setup as a percentage of the employee pay. So on the plan setup we have a percentage like .70%. I am thinking it is dividing that by 12 (month) or 52 (weekly). So it is showing .06 as a cost. Does anyone else have medical cost as a percentage and how did you set up the aca box on the bn15.

We also had this problem. Since we are able to use Offer Code 1A the costs do not appear on the form or file. We were told we were the only client that had this issue. From our conference call with the ACA team they do not have a solution for this situation.
