Smart Report Performance

As we begin reviewing the use of Smart Reports, we've noticed a significant performance hit when running the reports since we've turned this on. Has anyone else experienced this behavior?

In regards to Smart Reports - we had found it draining every report that was executed. We tried the Product Level and System Level but it still did not help. Some of the reports that were large executed almost 50% more since it was creating a report and the smart report. Therefore, we now only enable Smart Reports at the Program Level - we create the .cfg file for each source program for each Smart Report.
