We think we have an issue with Smart Notes. We have some managers that we think should be getting a number of employees via smart notes for time cards not submitted. However, it seems that they just are getting 1 employee. Has anyone had this issue or know what might be causing it. We do not see anything obvious. We cannot tell if the email if failing or the other employees do not generate a notice.

I had a similar issue. Check the infoset to see if the key contains enough variables to make each record unique. I found that if the key is too short it acts similar to a select distinct in sql.
