IPA : Webservice node timeout

Recently we have upgraded from ProcessFlow Integrator v9 to IPA 10. in previous version we could increase the webservice node timeout by just go the file "bpm.properties" and add/update line "webServiceNodeTimeout=2400".

In the new version (Infor Process Automation), there is no bpm.properties file in the server.
anyone has any idea how i can increase the webservice timeout?
