We often have sign on or referral bonuses that go out into the future (i.e. first installment in x months and 2nd in xx months). It is easy enough to preload them when it is the same calendar year but if it goes into a pay cycle that is the following year they error message is that the time record date is not in the current schedule. I know those schedules are created during the year end close so is there another way to do this or what do others do?
