Employee name change not picked up by BN297

I processed PA52 to change an employee's name. I ran BN297 and see that the employees's previous name is included not the changed name.
Has anyone else experienced this and what steps do I take to correct this?

I just tested it and found tha same thing.
However, if I rerun the BN990, the BN297 picks up the name change.

The BN297 csv file includes the employee's work email address. Could someone explain why the employee's email address is included in this file?

If you are using MHC, you can have the primary email address updated in DSS. Perhaps it is useful for others in distributing them electronically.
