Talent Mgmt - Grievance and Discipline

Anyone using this in Employee Relations in Talent Management?
We purchased and are implementing but was sure at demo's that it showed electronic signatures for discipline but now that we are in the planning/building it looks like you can't have electronic signatures.
Signatures would be a requirement for employee discipline actions.
Curious what others are doing.

Hi, we are exploring implementing this module in TM (converting data from PA59 to TM). Would you be willing to share your setup (types, categories), if you use email notifications or correspondence and the use of the reports (is there a utility you have to run to display data?)
