We just installed BSI Tax Factory 10.0.h and are having troubles with the Payment Override screen. Unable to get a picklist to show for the PlanEarnings box. Is anyone else having this issue?

We have Cyclic H in our test environment. I don't usually use TF, so I'm no expert, but I looked at the Payment Overrides after seeing your post. After entering an Authority and a Tax Type, I'm not having any trouble getting a drop down for Plan/Earning. I don't know if it has changed with Cycle H, but it looks like the drop-downs all appear if you type anything at all into the entry box.

Thank you for testing it out Barb. We are on Windows-SQL 2012 R2. Not sure it is related to specific operating system and/or database, but can you tell me what releases you are on for OP & db?
