IC12 security

Okay, I know this should be simple but for some reason I cannot get my LS security rule to work like I want. I am trying to secure IC12 by location for a particular role. Something like, If location = A or B then All Access, Else Inquire. I can get the A access fine, but for some reason when I try and add a second condition, no luck. Anyone doing this?
