Hours for monthly based payroll

Is anyone utilizing a monthly pay cycle? If so, how many hours are you paying per month to achieve 2080 hours/year?

We use a monthly pay cycle. 173.33 per month.

Any concern for the 0.04 hrs/yr shortfall of 2080 annual hours since 173.33 x 12 = 2079.96?

Not sure.. would have to ask my payroll manager... will get back to you.
